I’m Jen, a Certified Food Freedom Coach.

I’ve helped thousands of people all over Europe transform their relationship to food and body. In fact, that’s not entirely true, they’ve transformed their relationship to life, and how fully they participate in it. Because when we’re stuck in self defeating cycles of binging, restricting, obsessing or fearing food, it doesn’t exactly leave a lot of space for us to get on with living and experiencing life to our fullest potential. This is where eating psychology comes in. Much of the time, when a client comes to me professing to a “struggle with food”, it becomes clear that it’s not about what they are eating per se,  more their attitude, subconscious beliefs, fears and stigmas around food and nourishment and pleasure as they correspond to a person’s core beliefs about their own being. That’s where the truth exists.

Through my signature blend of science backed tools and mindful eating techniques, I help people overcome unloving, life-limiting eating habits whilst learning the precise tools to build radical self trust with food and body. When we cultivate these tools, food freedom follows.

My own journey with eating wasn’t always straightforward. As a comfort eater in my teens who escaped the struggles of a chaotic home life with endless apple pies and sweet treats, I swung the other way at 18 years old and quickly fell into the rabbit hole of anorexia. An 8-year journey through and beyond distorted eating became my greatest teacher and a life purpose to support others on their road back to an integrated, healed and liberated relationship with food.

The food is merely a doorway into the Self…

I know, because as a former chronic dieter and chronic calorie counter, I did it.
