“When we start to explore possible negative thoughts and behaviours around eating and body image, we learn that food and appetite aren’t actually scary; they are great sources of untapped power and pleasure.

The way we relate to them is everything.

The first key is awareness. The second, learning how to return to your body and listen to its hunger cues, cravings, and deeper wisdom. This process starts to dismantle automated behaviours around food, because we become the witness.

Through eating psychology, somatic experiencing, art therapy and CBT, I guide clients to explore the deeper beliefs, stresses and fears that drive their eating struggles. These could be stress eating, chronic dieting, binge eating, or orthorexia, but everyone’s eating imprint is as unique as they are.

The label isn’t important —what matters is how calm and nourished you feel about your eating choices.

MY STORY…

In my 20s, I developed a serious case of anorexia. It was a long journey, and gratefully I came out the other side. The experience of being at war with my body and appetite actually became a huge teacher, setting me on my life path to help others heal body and mind too.

I believe disordered, chaotic eating almost always has an emotional and often spiritual component, and when we begin improving our relationship to food and appetite, we can’t help but deepen our relationship to who we truly are.

The food is a doorway into something much deeper. It’s about becoming who you were always meant to be.

Every client has a food story as unique as them. Before we kick off together, I offer a free discovery call so you can share where you’re at, so I can tailor solutions just for you.

Working together, we will explore the thoughts you think about the foods you eat, and any fears or desires driving your current eating behaviours. We’ll incorporate new practices and techniques that can revolutionise how you relate to your body and your true appetite.

This is not about “dropping weight” or “learning about macros” (although yes, how we nourish ourselves gets an upgrade with this work).

At its heart, eating psychology coaching with me is a paradigm shift. You will learn the tools to make peace with your body and upgrade your capacity to eat from a place of true self-trust. From here, diets or binges become obsolete.

This is freedom.

This programme delivers a perspective shift on how you eat, the thoughts you feed yourself, and the patterns or belief systems that keep you stuck. From here, seismic shifts in confidence, acceptable, intuitive, conscious, pleasurable eating are inevitable. I have seen it time and again.
