For many of us though, achieving a flow state with eating feels completely out of reach. Because often, the way we relate to our food says a lot about the way we relate to ourselves.

Distrusting. Self critical. Out of control. In fear. Avoiding our own inner wisdom. Denying ourselves pleasure. Second guessing. 

We learned somewhere along our life path that controlling, restricting, categorizing and manipulating the food we put in our mouths might somehow get us the dream body or life that we inwardly desire, or put us back in the driver’s seat with our lives, even if everything else feels totally out of control.

Sound familiar? I know – I’ve been there too. But things got radically better when I realised that my problems with food weren’t about the food per se, they were about my belief systems, toxic diet think and a deep seated disconnect with my fears and feelings. Once I dared to lift the lid on all of that, I experienced a paradigm shift around food.

With bundles of love and compassion, I’m here to tell you there IS a way out.
