No. Most of the women I work with don't have a clinical diagnosis — they just have a complicated, exhausting relationship with food that takes up way too much headspace. If that's you, you're in the right place.
And – I have coached individuals and their families who are going through a clinically diagnosed eating disorder. In these cases, I work within a team (usually psychiatrist or psychologist). -
It's not therapy, but it's therapeutic. I use CBT-based tools and somatic techniques within a solid science-backed coaching framework. For women with complex trauma or active clinical eating disorders, I always recommend working alongside a clinical professional.

Especially then. Most programmes focus on food rules. We focus on what's underneath in your subconscious— where the real, lasting change happens. The tools here are different because they target the root, not the symptom.

Yes, entirely online. Clients work with me from the UK, Australia, US, Ireland, and beyond. All sessions happen via video call, and everything else — including the audio courses — is fully digital.

There are many reasons for this, but a major one is the orchestra of sex hormones, stress hormones and hunger hormones — including leptin and ghrelin — can get thrown out of balance as a result of poor sleep, irregular cycles and key mineral deficiencies. These can dial up hunger signals, anxiety and cravings for comforting foods more than you're used to.
The good news is, there’s a lot that we can do to resolve that. -
This is almost always a nervous system response rather than a willpower failure. Eating is one of the fastest ways your brain knows to regulate emotional states. When you're stressed, overwhelmed, or under-resourced, the urge to eat is a signal — not a character flaw. We work on understanding those signals, not suppressing them.

Yes — CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) is one of the most evidence-based approaches for emotional and binge eating. I combine it with somatic tools and nutrition support to address the cognitive, physical, and hormonal layers simultaneously.
